Returns Policy

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused and in their original packaging.
• You must provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Returns Process

To return an item:

1. Contact us at orders@a1distro.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip and your RAN.
4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Refunds are usually processed within 14–21 days of receipt of the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns of non-faulty items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or you are missing items from your order: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.
